Long Distance Movers in Manhattan, NY

Danny,Victor and Elian extremely helpful and did a tremendous job. Efficient and very organized. Would recommend to anyone

I have used this company at least three times in a decade and each time they delight. Packing up is the worst! But much better when they do it. carefully packed and wrapped. Thank you to Ralph, Rodney and the team. And thanks to lovely Jelena.

We hired Octomovers for our intra-Manhattan move and were very impressed by the overall experience. Eddie & his crew were very efficient, punctual, and made sure to not break any of our fragile lamps, desks, and moving boxes. There were no scratches on any of our items. Zoe & Helena as the customer...

Five stars and I mean every one of them. The team was on time, communicative, and never stopped moving. They handled everything with care and patience, worked efficiently, and got the job done without a single hiccup. Exactly what you want on a stressful moving day. Highly recommend without hesitati...

INCREDIBLE! Having not moved in 12 years we were nervous about moving our four person, two bedroom family from Manhattan to Queens and possibly being swindled in some fashion based off of stories I’ve heard. But the movers (Rodney, Danny, and Washington) were absolutely wonderful, efficient, kind an...

I had an amazing experience with Octomovers. I booked my move for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and they actually arrived early at 9:45 a.m., which immediately showed how professional and punctual they are. I was moving out of a smaller apartment, and they managed to load everything in under an hour it was ho...

They were excellent, professional, communicated actively in the weeks before the move and made everything the day of very easy. Asked helpful questions about the items and offered helpful services and provided materials. First time hiring movers and will definitely be using and recommending to peopl...

We relocated for work from overseas and recently had to move from NY to FL. We used Sea & Air for our process. We had the best experience from the moment we contacted them. Great communication, amazing service by their packing and moving crews throughout the process. When we move again, we will only...

This was my second experience with Octomovers. In the summer of 2025, they packed me up for storage with an upright piano. They did an excellent job wrapping my furniture and padding the piano for storage. Later, in December of the same year, I called Octo back to help pack up my truck for the move...

I want to thank Octomovers for their professionalism during my family's move. Thank you for being on time, courteous, and diligent. I would recommend you to anyone who needs to move their family.

Moving is strenuous enough. Add on that it was my first ever move AND it was out of state. My anxiety was through the roof. However Octomovers was able to put me at ease from start to finish. You won’t find a better experience! Words cannot express how much care, attention and genuine thoughtfulness...

Trustworthy and reliable moving team, they arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely accommodating. They made my move stress free and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving their home or office.

Had a fairly complex international relocation (long timeframe because we were going to travel a bit between jobs, unusual destination country, didn't have a destination address at the start of the move, only wanted to ship a small volume of stuff, we had our own property transit insurance policy, et...

Without a doubt hire Octomovers for your next move! The entire process was absolutely seamless and stress-free. We opted for packing and moving services and so happy that we did. They sent a representative to our apartment to take an inventory of our items for free which was so helpful to make sure...

As a designer and custom home builder for over 35 years, I find it rare to come across any company that provides close to 90% quality service. Sea & Air International, however, with Yaniv Risman “at the helm”, surpasses the 100% mark in all areas. Dealing with shipping large items to Norway for the...
