Octomovers

INCREDIBLE! Having not moved in 12 years we were nervous about moving our four person, two bedroom family from Manhattan to Queens and possibly being swindled in some fashion based off of stories I've heard. But the movers (Rodney, Danny, and Washington) were absolutely wonderful, efficient, kind an...

I had an amazing experience with Octomovers. I booked my move for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and they actually arrived early at 9:45 a.m., which immediately showed how professional and punctual they are. I was moving out of a smaller apartment, and they managed to load everything in under an hour it was ho...

They were excellent, professional, communicated actively in the weeks before the move and made everything the day of very easy. Asked helpful questions about the items and offered helpful services and provided materials. First time hiring movers and will definitely be using and recommending to peopl...

This was my second experience with Octomovers. In the summer of 2025, they packed me up for storage with an upright piano. They did an excellent job wrapping my furniture and padding the piano for storage. Later, in December of the same year, I called Octo back to help pack up my truck for the move...

I want to thank Octomovers for their professionalism during my family's move. Thank you for being on time, courteous, and diligent. I would recommend you to anyone who needs to move their family.

I don't know how to begin. This company, Octomovers, far exceeded my expectations. First, they were on time!!! They came to work. They moved like a fine oil machine and were very professional in their work. They asked great questions, and they moved me with efficiency. i am so very happy I chos...

Trustworthy and reliable moving team, they arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely accommodating. They made my move stress free and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving their home or office.

Moving is strenuous enough. Add on that it was my first ever move AND it was out of state. My anxiety was through the roof. However Octomovers was able to put me at ease from start to finish. You won’t find a better experience! Words cannot express how much care, attention and genuine thoughtfulness...

Words cannot express how much care, attention and genuine thoughtfulness went into my move with the Octomovers Team. From obtaining a quote, calling expressing my fears about going over the number of boxes and even almost crying when I was told I couldn't throw away any more furniture the day of the...

Where do I begin? My experience with Octomovers far exceeded my expectations. I was researching moving companies for a few weeks and I saw the reviews for this company and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I chose Octomovers for our move. From the beginning, my experience was great....

Without a doubt hire Octomovers for your next move! The entire process was absolutely seamless and stress-free. We opted for packing and moving services and so happy that we did. They sent a representative to our apartment to take an inventory of our items for free which was so helpful to make sure...

The customer service is 10/10 at all points of the move, when scheduling I was met with kindness, enthusiasm - and as the move got closer I was able to trust that Jelena was looking out for me - on the day of the move I was really lucky to get such an outstanding team - Rodney and two of his colleag...

The movers came on time were very friendly and extremely polite. Worked very hard in high temperature to move all my stuff. Finished the job in a few hours, cleaned up and left. Moving is a very stressful process, and these guys made it a lot easier. I would hire them again if I needed.

Octomovers provided a seamless moving experience from the initial contact to the end of the move! Jelena was an excellent resource and provided effective customer service. The company provides a flat rate or by the hour option, which is helpful depending on your needs, with overall competitive prici...

We did a 2-bed apartment move with Octomovers in northern NJ, and they sent a team of three, led by Edison. They were very professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings. The move was completed quickly and smoothly (even faster than we expected). Jelena was my point of contact, and she was...

We hired Octomovers for a local move in the Bronx. Zoe was our contact person, and she was wonderful. Made the whole process a lot easier to go through. From the estimate, which I was encouraged to change as many times as I wanted (4 changes tops), to the on time arrival of the movers, we were so pl...

We can't say enough about how wonderful this move with Octomovers was. It was an unusual move and we were accommodated above and beyond. The staff from the office to the movers were outstanding. Rodney, the foreman, was especially exceptional in all aspects of the move. We couldn't be happier and ar...

First time using a moving company rather than relying on friends, family, and elbow grease. I contacted half a dozen movers and Octomovers offered the best price by far, a flat rate that can slide depending on whether it took more than the agreed upon time frame. I signed the contract, paid the depo...

Solid, on-time, helpful, cool crew. Def recommend and would use them again in a second. Well-earned review. They made a potentially stressful ideal relatively easy. Also, good price when I compared to others.

I have moved several times in the past few years and this was by far my best experience. Javier and his crew were outstanding. They were prompt, polite, worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
