Sosua Shipping INC

The best I used the company since 2004 i don't have any problems I give 5 star .for me it's a100 %⭐ THE BEST ⭐

They're a scam. They pick things up whenever they feel like it, they tell you one price via WhatsApp and then another when you go to pick it up. They don't deliver on anything they promise. It was a HORRIBLE experience with this company's service. Don't bother making things up and wasting your time...

Absolutely horrible experience, a scam, they made me wait forever to pick up the items, would always change dates and then couldn't give you a set time for pickup, I had to cancel work twice to wait around for them. They said I should contact another company if they're horrible timing didn't suit me...

In January I sent 2 boxes and a tall mirror to DR. I only got 1 box and the mirror, when i called to ask about when will i get the 2nd box, I got an attitude and very rude response from the girl that answer the phone. They gave me the run arounds for weeks. Finally I got the 2nd box 1 month later....

I just sent a good package and they just received it, and everything is missing. They opened it and took things. That kind of handling is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with the service. 🤬 …

The worst company ever. You send your package and they steal everything of value before delivery. They open the boxes and take your expensive shoes and sneakers. A scam company.

This is my first time writing a review, which speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and customer service we experienced today. A phone call was placed 24 hours prior to the pickup. The following day, we waited until 6 p.m., and it was obvious the packages weren't going to be collected. So...

The worst shipping company ever. They steal from you and don't offer any solutions, and the owner is a despot. Oh, right, so fancy now, huh? You know how many years—more than 18 years—and they didn't even take that into consideration.

They send products to the Dominican Republic and you feel confident sending anything to Santo Domingo

It's a very good company; I've been shipping with them for many years and have never had a problem.

Their employees are uneducated. You go to their offices to complain because it's your right as a citizen, and they basically tell you you're a liar. The boxes arrive incomplete at their destination; it happened to me. Don't let them fool you.

The best door-to-door service I've used to send things to the Dom. Rep. Consistency and flexibility. The guys picking the boxes are hard working and very accommodating.

This company has the worst service. i sent my box with than and it arrived completly destroy, wet, items inside damage and some items missing. Manager and owner told me that is not their problem.
