i moved almost a year ago, but never got a chance to write a review. But they were so honest and took such good care of the furniture that I never forgot and made sure to write one. This industry has a bad name, but Olympus is a rose amongst thorns! I got scammes by All American Moving before i used...

We used their services from NYC to Florida this summer. We were very nervous given we had a lot of heavy/fragile furniture but the team was incredibly detailed and thorough in packing and crating all of our valuables. The price did go up the day of as mentioned in the other reviews, but we expected...

The move I had with Olympus Moving and storage was great. Because it was so late I picked up my moving kit at the office. They came on time to move everything. The supervisor and movers were so nice. They had everything moved out of the apartment in like 30 minutes. And they were able to deliver my...

I give Olympus Moving and Storage 5 Stars. Teressa (customer service rep) was very kind, understanding, personable and provided me with a fair rate for my move. The movers came on time, moved my belongings with care, moved at a steady pace and had positive attitudes the entire time. Jermain and his...

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I recently used Olympus Moving for a small load (10x10) from a storage facility in Jersey to Jacksonville, FL. The process to create the inventory, establish a binding estimate and adjust upon pick-up, was smooth and clearly communicated. I never f...

I found Olympus moving and storage on Google. And I really don't have nothing bad to say about this company they moved me a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how fast I got a quote. They provided boxes and packed my things as well as my tvs. And got to the state I was moving to at the scheduled time....

Positive: fast service- pick up was on Wednesday in Queens, NY and delivery was 3 days later on a national holiday, Saturday 4th of July, which I very much appreciated. The items were delivered in relatively good condition. Negative: as mentioned by other reviewers, the day of the pick up, the forem...

Everything well executed!! Right from the agent who initiated the moving request till the end was perfectly fine. They had accommodated with so many requests from my end within the same price quotation. Chelsea from the service center was very good at what my requirement is and she planned and provi...

I contacted 3 or 4 movers to give me quotes from moving from NY to TX. Leo came over to my apartment to give me a free estimate and took his time to answer my questions. During the move day I thought that they did an overall excellent job. Luis and his team that packed my things did a great job wrap...

We did a long distance move and the moving specialist was very thorough and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. They called several times to let me know when my items were leaving, in transit and approx (3 days out) time of delivery. All the movers were professional, and...

Will ask for Olympus every time! My father had to join his new office within two days and we had to reschedule the move at an earlier date. They were very obliging and did the adjustments without any ruckus. They brought a good enclosed truck and secured all the important stuff with utmost care. The...

First, I appreciate the way that Olympus has worked with us. The company, starting with Samantha in sales through every contact I had, has been very professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with...which I appreciate very much. The foreman, Adam, who packed and picked up our goods was...
