Ordered via Groupon, I can only comment on the unloading as my roommates were there for loading and I came late. Everything went fairly well and we (myself and 2 other roomates) along with the 2 movers unloaded a pretty full truck (3BR, including 2 couches and a grill) up 1 floor in about an hour....
