Highlawn Moving & Storage INC

Some of the best movers in the area! They handled everything and took a huge stress load off our backs. These movers did a wonderful job and were reasonably priced. I Would work with them again in the future.

I had the opportunity to use Highlawn Moving with a recent move here in Brooklyn. I feel they were very efficient in getting our move done. They showed up on time and got the job completed to perfection within a reasonable time frame. I felt they took great care of all our belongings. I can’t thank...

I was so skeptical about finding a good moving company who wouldn't scam me after reading about all the bad things that can happen. I'm very happy with Highlawn Moving & Storage. The guys came to my home very perfessional. They wrapped everything up and placed it in the truck so neat. I couldn't beli...

Excellent experience with last minute move from NY to Charlotte NC. Everyone was professional and responsive to all our questions

I moved from Yonkers, NY to Houston, TX recently. I did a video call to explain all the things I needed moved. I accidentally didn't include everything in the video call. so when the movers showed up i had to pay a little more. I don't count this against the movers because I should have made sure I...

They made moving surprisingly easy, picking up everything, even unprepared items like the bed, and numbering everything for a successful, unbroken, and perfect delivery to Florida, earning five stars.

They were great! They made sure that everything was well packed into the truck in a way that nothing would shift during the move. We moved an hour away, without any issues. This was my first time hiring a professional moving service, I’m glad I chose Highlawn. I would use them again.

I have used this company twice -- in an intercity move and when moving from Brooklyn to Fairfield, CT -- and I will be using them again. David was so helpful! Moved from Boston to Chicago during the Christmas/New Years holidays and my things arrived very quickly...picked up Wednesday Dec 28 dropped of January 3rd. I had a smallish move, just a couple of dressers, nightstands, a liquor cabinet, a breakfront, and some smaller pieces of furniture (total 9 pieces, no boxes). Everyone else quoted me $3-$4+K, but this company, without even an in-person review, quoted me a fraction of that and the price was the pric...

These guys were helpful and honest from the first minute we started working together. Every single person, helpful, zero pressure, honest and in no rush. Made my cross country move much easier to deal with. The most reasonable quote, as well- and I quoted NINE movers from the NYC area. I cannot reco...

Our company needed to have fragile glass doors picked up from our supplier and warehoused- then brought to our job site on Long Island. Highlawn gave us the best price and picked up the freight quickly and stored it for several months at a fair rate. When delivery time to Long Island came it was sea...

I moved to Florida from New York in December. Just the preparation was a forever process, as I was moving my entire life to Florida. Everything went great on moving day. I was referred to this moving company, and I can see why. We had a lot of big, clunky, akward furniture and appliances that needed to be moved. They were able to help relocate everything without any problems. I would recommend this company.

I was going to help my cousin in Brooklyn move, but those plans were derailed due to COVID-19 (I'm grounded for non essential travel). I hired Highlawn to help my cousin in my place. They were super accomodating and responsive. Great logistics, extremely helpful and took great care with antiques and...

I used Highlawn for a third move in the past 8 years. This move was from Brooklyn to Los Angeles. They stuck to their estimate in both cost and time allotted. The movers in Brooklyn (3 men) were careful, speedy, and clean. I was given an estimate of 7 to 10 days for more things to get cross country...
