We read this company's 2 lowest-rated reviews and sorted what they describe, unverified, as written by the reviewers. A type is listed once two or more reviewers describe it, and a review that describes two problems is counted in both rows. Quotes are the reviewers' own words.
These are customers' accounts, quoted as written. Problem types and sums are our reading of each review. We do not verify individual claims, and the company may dispute them. Counts cover the 2 low-rated reviews we read, not every review on Google or Yelp. Bars compare the types with each other.
