Cool Hand Movers LLC

Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. I hired Cool Hand Movers to pack, move, and deliver my ex’s belongings to his home. Because this was a high-conflict personal situation, I needed the entire process to be documented, controlled, and completed smoothly. I did not realize that a m...

We have been in the same studio space for 25 years, so the thought of moving was very intimidating. Cool Hand came and sorted us with no problems; what could have been awful was fabulous, just fabulous. They were professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Their billing was fair and transparent. We...

From start to finish, Cool Hand Movers was top notch. Excellent communication; answered my million questions in advance of the move promptly and patiently. Superb service experience. Really nice guys that created a great moving experience. Handled everything with care and much more competitive pricing than any other movers we reached out to. Everything was seamless! Would definitely use them again!

I moved in Brooklyn and Cool Hand Movers made the whole thing effortless. The crew showed up right on time, were professional from start to finish, and handled everything, including my TV, electronics, and standing desk, with real care. The flat rate pricing meant no surprises on the final bill, whi...

I can’t count the number of times I’ve moved in my life (actually I can’t count period), but this move was by far the easiest and smoothest of them all. The Cool Hand team was on time, fast, polite, and patient with all of my nervous questions. Thank you, Ruben and team. I would recommend Cool Hand...

I hired Cool Hand Movers to move a bedroom's worth of stuff to storage, and I cannot overstate great the experience was. The guys were professional and kind, and they got everything in the storage unit perfectly. I will absolutely be hiring them again!

I was going on my vacation, but my boss asked me to schedule a move of a two bedroom apartment into storage while I was gone. I was sure I was going to be getting calls all day, but that was not the case. I was able to vacation stress free and my boss said the movers (Johnnie and the whole team) wer...

I’ve never used movers this great and now I’m never going back. We had way more stuff than our original estimate stated but the Cool Hand team didn’t bat an eye: they provided extra boxes, helped us pack up any stray items, hauled them down three flights of stairs, and transported them safely to our...

I've worked with Cool Hand 3 or 4 times now, but this was the first time I opted into having them pack for me. It's the best decision I could have made, honestly I only wish I also opted into the unpacking. The team was so kind and efficient- it was below freezing out with mounds of snow everywhere...

Cool Hand are my go-to movers. I always feel well treated, that it's above board, and they communicate well. I've used Cool Hand three times and my sister once since 2019: NYC to central Jersey, central Jersey to Jersey City, Jersey City to Jersey City, and north Jersey to Boston. During my latest m...

We are so grateful to Tafari, Chris, and Ruben for driving down from New York to D.C. to help us pack and move up to New York! The team was wonderful and reliable in every way. In addition to our positive experience with the team, we had an easy time communicating with Cool Hand admin since the star...

Wow is all I can say! If you care about your move being done quickly, with care, and with ease of mind, don't look anywhere else; just book Cool Hand Movers. I haven't moved in 5 years and during those 5 years, I have accumulated a lot of stuff. Moving seemed like a daunting task. I booked Cool Hand...

Amazing movers! Our second time using them. Very nice and communicative. They did a great job and made it look easy. Clearly experienced and familiar with the furniture they moved. Also very detail oriented with bringing the stuff into our new place! Made sure everything went in the correct place an...

Cool Hand Movers were fantastic. Super communicative right from the beginning, and the crew was so friendly and confident which of course made us feel better. Really happy with the move and definitely got our moneys worth. No issues with broken furniture or anything.

I admit to having Post traumatic stress disorder from my last move in 2012. So when it came time to move again in 2023,, I was extremely cautious with my choice of movers. Not that I was not last time. I was. I think I spoke to approximately a dozen movers before choosing Cool Hand Movers. I needed...

Cool Hand Movers delivered a wonderful moving experience! The team was not only efficient, but also incredibly friendly throughout the process. Their genuine care and professionalism made the potentially stressful day a breeze. They are super responsive to questions, which made scheduling and gettin...

We're moving across country and needed movers to help us shuttle our belongings to a portable storage container. I booked directly with them through their website. The quote process was clear and easy. We then received a thorough and comprehensive reply so we knew exactly what to expect on moving da...

Totally crushed it. Did my 1-bedroom move in 1 hour. The crew was friendly, masked up, and well organized. I'd 100% rehire them. THE BEST PART: I booked CHM two days before the 1st of the month. Instead of charging me extra for the last minute booking, they gave me a discount since their team would...

I could not be more pleased with these guys. Their prices beat everyone I spoke with and the service was above and beyond. Akim, Reggie and Claude are a dream team- they are SO fast, efficient and even helped me dispose to old items and clean up. If you're moving- Cool Hand Movers- I would be los...

Excellent work from these guys. Very affordable, handled everything with care, and were fast to handle the couple of things that needed disassembly. The one thing to mention is that they were a bit late - about 20 minutes after the end of the window. But this is what happens when you schedule a mov...
