This company was awesome when it was open. After going to the advertised address (425 w 23rd street) I was told by one of the porters they left so with no fiscal address, a number that never gets answered and unanswered emails I have no idea how I'm going to get my stuff back. FML
They are caring careful and reliable! I have used them several times without a glitch. Nothing broken nothing lost and great staff!
The guys from Chelsea moving and storage were great ! They showed up on time - helped finish packing and were extremely efficient, courteous, and polite.
I've used Chelsea Moving & Storage several times and loved, loved, loved them. This time, not so much. I found lots of dings and scratches in furniture, scrapes and chunks out of picture frames. They work really hard and I do appreciate them. I was just a little disappointed this time.
