Brown's was very easy to deal with! They emailed and texted with a four hour window the day prior, and promptly called when they were 30 minutes away. This was a delivery from Wayfair and the men that delivered were pleasant and efficient.

Wayfair was a pain in the butt but Browns Storage was amazing! So simple. Easy. And bring it to your front door! Thank you! X2

Delivery was great! Communication from Browns moving & storage was wonderful. They let us know updates and actually called and confirmed the delivery about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Excellent service.

Awful, use 1960 stickers, no need to buy insurance because they don't support consealed damage, unless you ID a box with a sticker already removed and if you can read carbon paper. Insurance provider pays 15%of damage, awful.
