Wayfinder Moving Services INC

Antonio and his partner was very professional, curious and skilled. They moved my furniture with ease. I have no complaints. They also were very friendly. They are great movers. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Antonio and his partner!!! I appreciate their outstanding service and custo...

My move couldn't have gone any smoother. The guys where on time, they moved all my belongings from a very packed 10' x 10' storage unit & brought to my new apt, I didn't have to do a thing. Everything was in great condition. I highly recommend Wayfinder Moving Services!

Wayfinder was flexible with scheduling, the service was timely, professional, caring and respectful. I’m not associated with Wayfinder, wasn’t asked to share my opinion; Mark and Anthony were understanding, helpful, first class employees. I will be utilizing Wayfinder in the future. M

I was very pleased with choosing Wayfinder Moving. We moved out of a 3 bedroom house into a 5 bedroom house about 35 miles away. There were 3 movers that showed up on time and were very polite. The movers were very respectful and careful with all of our items. This is the second time I have moved in...

The Wayfinders movers were great! Very professional and I really appreciate their attention to detail.

As movers go, and we’ve moved A LOT over the years, this company is the very best! From the very beginning, working with Ron on a quote and scheduling, we’ve been delighted. Today Ron sent out his “best crew” to move our household goods. Not only were each one of them (a crew of 5!) amazingly friend...

Our moving crew was efficient and kind, and they handled our furniture with great care. We had a lot of furniture and boxes, and they managed everything seamlessly. I highly recommend Wayfinder Moving Services for your next move!

WayFinder was great! I have used them twice. Prior to the move I got quotes from 3 moving companies, and Wayfinder was the least expensive. And they emailed their quote within minutes, and not hours or days. The guys were very friendly, and they kept a fast pace to get the items moved. They also hel...

Wayfinder movers were on time, friendly, considerate and respectful of our property. The cost of the move was worth it. The only thing I would suggest an improvement on would be the call back with the estimate when we were told we would get one. I had to call a few times looking for the estimated co...

My experience with Wayfinder was great - from my initial call to get a quote, through my moving day. I had to make an adjustment to my quote 24 hours before my move and they were more than accommodating. The movers were extremely efficient and most importantly, friendly!

We just moved my mom from western NY to NC to live with us. We had a great experience with Wayfinder. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. Everything came in perfect condition. Folks just need to be aware that if you have a small load and you elect to have your furnishings shipped with anothe...

Don't ever use this company. I hired them to move from Buffalo to Florida. In the midst of actually moving they split my load. They threatened to put my stuff in storage if I didn't pay them when they delivered my first load. They never laid anything on the NEW FLOORS and scratched my brand-new floo...

The 3 stars are for Theresa and Younger Theresa for the awesome job they did on day 1 out of 3, we weren't lucky enough to get them on the other days. If it weren't for them, I'd give Wayfinder a zero. Review already left on Google.

We had to move mom into an assisted living apartment this week, and the facility recommended Wayfinder. I'm very happy they did. The quoting and scheduling process was easy, and Jenna over communicated. On moving day, Antonio, Dracy, and Malik were fantastic. They all showed great care with the...

Wayfinder is a five star moving company. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I found them on Yelp with a five star review. I contacted possibly three companies on Yelp that were highly rated but they got back to me within an hour. I had a virtual tour with thei...

These guys wandered around "looking over the move" for over an hour. Finally found a spider under a bookcase, claimed it was a bed bug or a tick and refused to do the move. Most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

Way finder BEKINS was the WORST moving Company I've ever used, I've used five, or six for short, and 2,000 mile moves. It has jeopardized my health as a result. I paid for their Travel Time from Buffalo, instead of them using their closer office, plus numerous cigarette , breaks, and almost, an hour...

Terrible customer service! They called a week before delivery to say it would be delivered on 11/27/19. I tried to call them twice11/25/19, no answer, had to leave messages. They called again on11/26/19 to schedule a 2 hour time frame for delivery. They never showed, never called, nothing! Today i...

Using Wayfinder for our move to Philadelphia was the best. The staff was professional, polite and efficient they made the experience bare able. Our furniture arrived safely without a scratch. The quote was well within the reasonable range and actually ended up under what we had anticipated Thanks fo...

GREAT MOVERS! Matt, Matt, Chris and Juan were professional, personable and were so easy going with all the craziness going on at the house. Between my disability, 2 large dogs, and packing mishaps, the guys took everything in stride and were absolutely incredible! Sorry they won't be unloading since...

The. Absolute. Worst. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry. They've lost my information on multiple occasions, scheduled deliveries that never happened, their moving truck broke down attempting to get to my location.I simply don't understand how a company does...
