International Sea & Air Shipping

If there would be zero stars or minus 10, that would be the rating. The absolute worse!!!!Lost 4 palates of my stuff! 4!!! important and expensive items, like tools. Broke the wheel of my car. LOST the title of my car!!!!!!!!kept giving me excuses, like "I will look into it " Never did!!! It's ov...

I chose them for my move from Arizona to Japan using a 20' full container. The price was great and the move went much smoother than I expected. Their choice of companies to load the container and unload the trucks in Japan were top-notch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with International Sea & Air Shipping was exceptional from beginning to end. The team was attentive, responsive, and performed exactly as promised. The team on the delivery end was punctual, courteous, and friendly

We had to move my mom stuff from Italy to the USA, we are glad that our paths crossed with Sea & Air International. These guys are the real deal, very professional and reliable. Very patient in explaining (sometimes more then one time) everything to skittish customers that don’t do international mov...

I moved from Florida to Leuven, Belgium. International Sea and Air Shipping was great. Niki Tatar was absolutely the best! Increibly responsive, fast replies, as well as Jeanine and the rest of the crew in the US and in Europe. Everyone was professional, prompt, and careful with my stuff. Really wel...

This was a horrible experience to put it mildly. Boxes stolen, items broken and the insurance they made me pay for is nor responding or doing anything at all. DO NOT use this company if you ever want to see any of your items again. And forget about a customer servise.

I never shipped internationally before and was overwhelmed with finding a company. I called international sea and air shipping and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were! From the first phone call to packing, everything was very smooth! The packing was unbelievable very professional...

I absolutely love it when I can post a genuinely glowing review, so this will be fun. From start to finish, working with International Sea & Air for our move from California to Europe was a pleasure. As a rule I dislike shopping for services because I don’t like high pressure sales tactics. None of...

We moved from US to Spain, first time we had ever made an overseas move and International Sea & Air were with us every step of the way. Their online inventory helped us choose the right size container (20' vs 40') and the packing/unpacking crews in both locations were superb. All our stuff arrived w...

The entire team from International Sea and Air Shipping have been great! The packing crew that moved us out were very professional: punctual, courteous, efficient, careful with all the packing, left the place clean afterwards... just super! Highly recommended for your international move!

International SEA &Air Shipping thank you so very much for your excellent service, moving from USA to a country overseas to Eurpe is not a simple task but Janine helped us through the process, much to our amazement we did not have anything broke when it arrived, from booking to packing to shipping t...

Very kind, reasonable and helpful company, I look forward to doing business with all the friendly people here in the future again. Thank you again & again.

Everything arrived in the same condition as shipped. It was a bit later 2 weeks but that had to do with the weather and port. Also their recommend delivery service in Cebu was on the spot perfect handled Everything even though our home not finished yet we worked out a solution... I worried at first...

This company was amazing! After months of searching for an affordable option, I'm so glad we found them. We moved about 800 pounds of belongings from the US to Australia and everything went smoothly. Communication was good and staff was friendly. Would definitely use them again!

I deeply regret choosing this company, I will lay out why and know that there will no doubt be a lengthy response trying to justify each issue instead of an apology for really poor communication as the company does not take well to any valid criticism. I can assure you everything I say is true and l...

This move was made so easy with International Sea & Air Shipping! Niki got everything going with clear directions and incredibly quick responses. Jeanine, our coordinator, took care of guiding me through the inventory, Customs, and insurance forms- and made it fast and easy. Ronnie set up our pickup...

I believe that I had already written a review on this Company but I am unsure. In any event, now that the move is complete including unpacking, any positive review should not be considered pertinent. The move was from New York City to Kuala Lumpur Malyasia, from a 910 sq. ft. Manhattan apartment t...

Thank goodness for this company. The team made moving my 3-bedroom NYC apartment to Israel way easier than expected. super organized, kept me in the loop with updates, and took great care of my belongings. Everything arrived within the expected timeframe and in the same condition. Very professional,...

Disappointing Experience with Hidden Costs, Damaged Goods, and Poor ResolutionNow that everything is finalized with my shipment and insurance claim, I'm updating this review to reflect the full experience.Working with this company is a decision I deeply regret.
