From booking the service, understanding how this works, to pick up our boxes and accommodating our requests, John and his team have super efficient and went above and beyond. Some of the most disgusting people I have ever dealt with.Looking at the pattern of reviews, it looks like we're not the only people they've done this to.They send you a cheap quote. Then they pick up your stuff, and will double or triple the invoice after pick up.Then after shipping your possession...

We hired International Movers Network to transport inherited mid-century furniture from Florida to Sweden. It turned into a personal catastrophe for us; the value of what we shipped was highly sentimental. One of three armchairs never arrived, nor did an original painting by the local Key West artis...

We had a fantastic experience with this team for our recent move. They were punctual, professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They did an excellent job carefully disassembling our larger furniture and putting everything back together perfectly at the new house. They made a s...

I was really very happy with the services. Everyone at IMN was very responsive, friendly, and helpful during the move, and also with their advice. All my belongings arrived at the destination in good shape and ahead of time. Yes, I will recommend IMN's services.

Everything went well on our move from start to finish. Our things were packed with great care. We had frequent, clear communication from the head office and from the manager in the Netherlands. The mover who delivered our things was professional and efficient. A very good experience.

We received our shipment today and how GREAT the service you and all involved were! Thank you for making this transition from the US to the UK a dream. You hear of the nightmares people go through and I am here to say you and your team made this the easiest part of the whole moving experience. Thank...

John and the team were amazing to work with when we moved from Berlin to New York. They were able to get our move finished before our holiday travel after long port delays which saved us a lot of trouble. John is a great communicator with responsiveness and understanding of our needs. Can really rec...

Dear IMN Team & your local / international partners, thank you so much for the great support throughout our move from Missouri to Rheinland-Pfalz. Do not use this company! We used them to transport our belongings from Florida to the UK. Firstly, items were not packed properly resulting in a number of breakages. In fact, china mugs etc were just left to rattle around in a plastic container with no packaging at all, while a large china serving p...

Not recommended at all!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICEI have moved 8 times internationally, along the world for business. This is lower value option we have used, terrible and higher price. Terrible packing, terrible unpacking (more than 9 broken items), small letters in the contract just covering ridicoulus...

Never again! Every box was damaged. Contents were pilfered. The original quoted price was half of what it actually cost. The company refuses to take any responsibility for damaged goods. To top it off, they are completely obnoxious. P.S. F you people.

Not true unless this is not the company involved. I have attached a copy from the correspondance for anyone interested, and if i'm wrong i will be the first to take the review down and appologize. A year has gone by and no one came to pick the box of the other family that was left at our house, and...

Terrible experience with relocation moving.Still waiting to hear from the insurance company.I will not recommemd anyone i care about to use their services. We still have at home an # 18 box that belongs to another family. Despite hearing about the fact they forgot it on the day of moving they didn't...

About $6000 worth of goods were damaged. 6months later the insurance company refuses to pay out the cost of the damaged items and wants to pay instead $500!Stay away from this company and especial Custard Insurance Adjusters were responsibl...

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS!If you are looking for an international mover, STAY FAR AWAY FROM IMN! This is perhaps the most inept moving company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Low rates quoted up front and then additional charges for size adjustment when placed on a pallet The insurance comp...
