Atlantic Coast Riggers

Arnoff's was extremely communicative and helpful with storage and moving. The staff patiently helped unpack each item with care and went above and beyond what was necessary. I highly recommend using Arnoff's storage or moving services.

One of the best experiences ever. Although the guys are not supposed to bring the couch inside they were so nice and they brought it inside considering it was raining. The window of time we got was perfect. This is a review I am so happy to share

Lou was quick, helpful and responsive. I knew exactly when they were coming and they delivered to my back patio as instructed. Would recommend

Arnoff Moving and Storage delivery of a Wayfair order was punctual and professional. The delivery timeframe was set and updated, and the window actually shortened. The delivery crew was excellent, handling our items with care. We appreciated the phone call when the delivery was on its way within 5 m...

Arnold was amazing a scheduling was easy and prompt and the delivery team was excellent!

I moved all my stored items to another state. Setup and communication with Arnoff's and with the truck driver was easy. The items arrived well, and the whole process went smoothly.

The moving crew from Arnoff made a scary move seamless! All three gentlemen were professional, patient & understanding! We added on to our order by including things that were brought on a family member after leaving our destination & the family member raved about them as well! I highly recommend th...

I would like to recognize Arnoff Moving and Storage as a wonderful full service company. I have been a satisfied customer since 2020 and appreciate the professional attention to detail related to all storage and moving needs. The company stored my items for many years and then helped arrange a cross...

Very happy with Arnoff moving. They worked with me on a short time line and did a great job. They brought enough people and took great care of my items. Friendly staff too.

Maria, I very much appreciate your efficient planning and helpful consultation for our move from Silver City, NM, to Cedar Falls, IA. Driver Cody Schroeder was well-organized with his efficient crew. It was reassuring to have Cody not only pick up our household goods, but also to deliver them, which...

On 1/31 at approximately 2:55pm, a tractor trailer owned by Arnoff Moving was driving on I-87 around the exit 8 area (White Plains area I believe). I was traveling 62mph (speed limit is 55) when the truck began tailgating me and flashing its lights. There was a car not too far in front of me, so I w...

Unhappy Customer - Very disappointed with this service. I moved from out of region (Indiana to West Point) but wanted to use a local company. During in the process of the move my wardrobe boxes that contained all of my clothes were somehow lost. I contacted Arnoff and was was told to file a claim....

Don't use this company. They will never pay for any damage they cause. On June 2 2021 one of their drivers decided it was ok to use my driveway to turn around in. Let me be clear. I did not hire or give this company permission to even come on my property. They used my driveway to turn around in and...

Used Arnoff twice. My daughter needed to be moved out of her housing at college without being present due to Covid. And she needed to be moved back into her new housing at the beginning of the term, again, without her being present. The Arnoff office was great. Brian and Lisa were extremely prof...

We packed and moved with Arnoff Poughkeepsie May 2019. Everything went as smoothly as can be expected on a big downsize and out-of-state move. Unfortunately, we were unaware that a single kitchen box was missing from our possession until everything was finally unpacked months later. This box contain...

I wanted to relate an overall postive experience with Arnoff in moving the contents of my home from Poughkeepsie NY area Baltimore Maryland area. Things went very smoothly during the pack up and delivery, and the movers were really nice guys. We did have one issue after everything was delivered, bu...

I've used Arnoff four times over the last 10 years to move my possessions from New York to Florida, Florida to New York, New York to New Jersey and then back to New York. This is a family owned and operated business that moves everything from personal possessions to the most sensitive and highest te...

I bought a heavy office machine off of Ebay and needed a way to ship it from Poughkeepsie New York to San Diego. The seller recommended Arnoff Moving and Storage and I'm so glad he did. I got in touch with Dave Erichson at Arnoff and he took it from there. When the crate arrived 5 days later, I got...

Had a cust service issue on a large moving and storage job. Heard from the vo of sales on a Sunday nite. By Monday the problem was resolved. Thanks

The salesman who came out to quote us was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quote we received was less than a competitive quote by about 10%. They came on time, did a good job packing and getting everything loaded on their truck. Everything was delivered on time, unloaded, and some items assembled...
